Any clinical, cosmetic, or therapeutic service performed inside a leased suite (including cuts, advanced coloring, Brazilian Blowouts, lash extensions, full-body waxing, bridal makeup, acrylics, or headspa therapy) is entirely the liability of that specific independent licensee.
- Massage & Body Therapies: All structural therapeutic bodywork, Thai yoga, or deep tissue treatments are administered by certified, independently insured professionals. Compliance with individual local health clearances remains the sole mandate of the suite occupant.
- Brand Customization: Our "Your Space, Your Style" motto highlights the tenant's right to customize their individual suite interior. However, all physical design updates must pass facility safety audits and remain completely non-destructive to the core property shell structure.
